1. Subscription Structure
Monthly Plans renew every 30 days.
Annual Plans renew every 12 months.
All subscriptions are billed in advance and continue until canceled by the account holder or terminated under our Terms of Service.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Online (Self-Serve):
Log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription. Your service will stay active until the end of your current billing period.
By Email:
Email support@unirab.com from the email used to sign up. Use the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and include your order ID.
Partial-month refunds are not issued. See the Refund Policy for the cooling-off window and other eligible exceptions.
3. Reactivation
You may reactivate at any time through the client area or by emailing support. Previous configuration data may be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation; after that, it may be deleted.
