Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and successfully process payment. Review your information before ordering. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the applicable policies linked below.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the interval shown during purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation and agree to keep billing information current.

You agree to indemnify UNIRAB against third-party claims arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement regarding your use of the services.
